An Update on Subscription Rates
In 2025, Orientations will be moving to a new pricing structure for subscriptions. This is to account for differing shipping costs according to geographical zones. There will be two geographical zones, Zone I (Asian countries - listed below) and Zone II (the rest of the world).
The new pricing will come into effect on 1 January 2025. Therefore, all renewals lodged before 31 December 2024 will follow current prices.
The cost of single-issue orders will remain at US$35 per copy while digital subscription rates stay at US$59.99/year.

Surface mail (Zone I): shipping cost US$50 - total price US$150
Airmail (Zone II): shipping cost US$90 - total price US$190
Surface mail (Zone II): shipping cost US$55 - total price US$155
2-year rate (magazine price $195)
Airmail (Zone I): shipping cost US$140 - total price US$335
Surface mail (Zone I): shipping cost US$100 - total price US$295
Airmail (Zone II): shipping cost US$180 - total price US$375
Surface mail (Zone II): shipping cost US$110 - total price US$305
Local Hong Kong rate
1-year (including shipping): HK$800
2-year (including shipping): HK$1500
Cover Price from 2025: US$25
Zone I (Asian Countries) include: China, Thailand, Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam, Macau, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Sri Lanka.
Zone II (Rest of the World) is all of the other countries, excluding those listed in Zone I.
