Lim also depicted magnificent landscapes from his art expeditions in Southeast Asia and the world beyond. He is also well-known for inventing his own distinct style of calligraphy, “hutuzi”. In 2003, Lim Tze Peng received the Cultural Medallion, Singapore’s highest arts accolade.
