Jat See-yeu’s Journey in Calligraphy

Renowned Hong Kong calligrapher Jat See-yeu dedicated his entire life to the art of calligraphy and education, making significant contributions to its promotion. Ms Leona Yu, Curator (Modern and Hong Kong Art) at the Hong Kong Museum of Art, will be joined by Prof Harold Mok Kar-leung, Dr Chui Pui-chee, and Ms May Lee Wing-mui for a dialogue on the development of calligraphy in Hong Kong, the distinctive features of Jat’s artistic creations, and his invaluable contributions to the education and promotion of calligraphy, as well as his association with The Jiazi Society of Calligraphy and its history.
